Over the years we have come to understand the needs of employees and their employers within the child care field. This has allowed for the creation of a newly designed benefit plan for members of the Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care.  The new plan is underwritten by Manulife Financial and ACE INA Life Insurance, and administered by Canadian Benefits Consulting Group.  Plan features include:

  • Improved benefit selection, with a choice of Drug and Dental Plan arrangements
  • Competitive rates
  • Available to groups of all sizes - no group is too small or too big
  • Broad eligibility requirements allow all "permanent" staff who work a minimum of 15 hours per week on a regular basis to participate in the plan
  • Benefits for all employees available on a non-medical basis, as long as enrolment adheres to eligibility requirements
